How do I watch TV?
Download the Vidgo app on your Roku, Apple TV, Amazon Fire TV, Chromecast, Android TV, Apple App Store, Google Play Store and enter in your account information (your account information will be sent to you once you’ve been activated in our system). Then watch TV!
How many devices can watch at the same time on one account?
Up to 3 devices may be used at the same time.
How do I pay for the service?
Once you submit a request through the form above, if you’re a current Sidewinder Networks internet customer, your cost will be added to your existing bill. If you’re a new customer, we’ll create a Sidewinder account for you where you can log into your account and see and pay your bill online. You will be sent an email for your bill each month.
