We've recently upgraded key components of our core infrastructure, which means you should notice improved performance across our network, especially during peak usage hours. Whether you're streaming, working from home, or running your business, these enhancements are designed to keep you connected when it matters most.

Expanding to Northern Ridgecrest

In the upcoming months we are expanding our reach to be able to service certain areas of northern Ridgecrest! Be on the lookout for an updated coverage map.

New Phone System

We know that when you need help, you need it fast. That's why we've completely revamped our phone system to get you answers more quickly and handle your calls more efficiently. We are utilizing AI where it makes sense, to provide information to a caller or to take a message for our technician when we’re unable to answer the call. We are NOT replacing the human help most people want. We are filling in where we have gaps. You should notice faster response times, to your questions. If you run into issues, let us know! We will continue to improve our customer service.

A Fresh New Look

We are also in the process of revamping our website! The old design has served us well for several years but with our upcoming changes, we needed a design that better fits all our new offerings. Stay tuned for the new look!
